Associations help keep property values high by ensuring that the curb appeal of each home receives the same level of care and attention. Maintenance services provided by the association include professionally landscaped lots, underground sprinkler systems, snow removal and lawn care.

You’ll find that RDP’s association dues are often far below that of other associations. That’s because we know it’s important for you to keep your money in your pocket, not tied up with the association. Our dues are used for services while you’re in the home, not to finance long-term repairs. That means all the conveniences of association living, with more money in your pocket!
