"A friend invited me to look at the model home she was building with RDP. I liked the layout, talked to them, and liked the fact that it wasn't cookie-cutter. The design was wonderful – and you can individualize the interior and exterior."

"Once your home is complete, these contractors do not write you off. They are still available and are phenomenal on follow through."

"We would highly recommend them. We got a lot for our money, particularly in the amount of square footage we received, compared to other developments we looked at. The house was well-built, and during the first year when we needed things taken care of it was done in a timely manner. My husband is a teacher, and we'd give RDP an A+."
